Brelby Theatre Company is now in its fifth year of producing quality live theatre and is proudly opening a permanent studio in Historic Downtown Glendale.
The costs of royalties, sets, costumes, space and so on add up quickly so we’re looking for sponsorship partners to help defray the considerable upfront expense of creating quality live theatre. By partnering with us you help solidify our role in the community while spotlighting your business. We have several sponsorship opportunities currently available and may even be able craft a customized one for you. Some examples include:
Season Sponsor
Commitment: $10,000 to $20,000
As a season sponsor, you underwrite and lend your name to a full 6-show mainstage season. These funds help cover the costs of royalties and other production costs. Season Sponsorships are an expression of assurance that theatre, and art in general, are a vital piece of the West Valley’s cultural landscape.
Sponsors appear in nearly all of our publicity and may include mentions via our website, posters, playbills, print advertisements, press releases, social media marketing, direct mail marketing and curtain speeches. Other benefits (pending final sponsorship agreement) may include full page playbill advertisements, ad space including hyperlink on Brelby.com and tickets to each production in the season.
Production Sponsor
Commitment (Musical Production): $3,000 to $6,000
Commitment (Standard Production): $2,000 to $5,000
As a single production sponsor, you underwrite and lend your name to a single production in our mainstage season. These funds help cover the costs of royalties and other production costs.
Production sponsors appear in nearly all of our production-specific publicity and may include mentions via our website, posters, playbills, print advertisements, press releases, social media marketing, direct mail marketing and curtain speeches. Other benefits (pending final sponsorship agreement) may include playbill advertisements, ad space including hyperlink on Brelby.com and tickets to the sponsored production.
Design Underwriter
Commitment: $100 to $2,000 (cash or trade)
Design Underwriters sponsor a specific design element in a production. We also consider trade agreements at this level of sponsorship. Every production is different and some need things like furniture or costumes that your business may be able to provide, rather than sponsoring with cash.
Benefits (pending final sponsorship agreement) may include publicity through Brelby marketing, playbill advertisements, ad space including hyperlink on Brelby.com and tickets to the sponsored production.
