It’s that time of year again!! That time when we give the blog over to our immensely talented artists and let them share their thoughts about art, life and more. The November Blogathon has become a Brelby tradition here at the Brelby Buzz, and this year we’re wrapping up Season Nine with our favorite Brelby Moments. For the next 30 days, our artists will discuss their favorite Brelby Moments from Season Nine and how that has impacted them and the

My Brelby Moment
By Kevin Fenderson
My first show with this company will forever be my favorite Brelby Moment. The cast and crew that was assembled for The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee was absolutely stellar. I was amazed by the talent everyone brought to their roles, both onstage and off. This incredible group of people quickly grew from a bunch of #WordNerds to my #WordFam. I never thought I could grow so close to a group of strangers in such a short amount of time. And yet? Here we are. We’re still all so supportive of one another, going to see each other’s shows, celebrating birthdays, babies, and puppies (#MabelMonday is one of my favorite days of the week). This show introduced me to Brelby, led to my first attempt at stage managing, and has allowed me to hone my improv skills in Results May Vary! I will always be indebted to Brelby for allowing me to grow as an artist, and as a person. And it all started with Putnam. Hey Brelby. In the words of Olive’s dad? I love you.
Thank you Kevin, for this Brelby Moment! We’re so glad to have you around! More Brelby moments coming tomorrow! Be sure to check back in!
